Privacy policy
This site does not require an account. I do not run a members database. The few cookies that appear are for optional ads and for remembering that you already chose.
Who is responsible
eternalhaven.ca is operated by Justin Helmer (also Excavationpro / Lightfather). If you need to reach a human, use contact.
What I collect on this domain
I do not collect accounts. There is no sign-in, no mailing list form, and no comment database on this site. Browser games may store a score or a round on your device (localStorage). That data stays in your browser unless you clear it. I cannot see it from here.
Standard web logs on the host (GitHub Pages / CDN) may include IP address, user-agent, and the path you requested. I do not sell those logs. I do not use them to build a marketing profile.
Cookies and advertising
Some pages include Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-0646320966060599) so hosting can be paid without a paywall. Google and its partners may set cookies and collect device and approximate location information according to Google Advertising and Google Privacy.
Where a consent banner is shown, ads load after you accept. You can refuse ads and still read. ads.txt lists the authorized seller.
You can also use Google’s ad settings and your browser’s cookie controls. Essential pages (this one, terms, contact) are readable without advertising cookies.
Third-party doors
Links to PayPal, Patreon, Spotify, Feature.fm, Hugging Face, X, and other labeled sites are off this domain. Their policies apply once you leave. I do not receive your payment details. PayPal and Patreon process gifts on their own pages.
The free listen player may load audio from Hugging Face. That is a stream, not a signup.
Children
This is a general-audience literary and music site. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent me personal data, write via contact and I will delete what I can actually hold — which, on this static site, is almost nothing.
Your choices
- Read without creating an account (the default).
- Refuse advertising cookies when a banner is present.
- Clear localStorage if you want a game ledger gone from this browser.
- Ask, via contact, if something looks like a leak. I would rather fix a leak than argue.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top. The house stays a house: no silent funnel.
Your controls
You can clear the cookie choice through your browser’s site-data settings. You can block third-party cookies; the pages still work. There is no account to delete because there is no account.
