What you get

You may read essays, open free tools, play the HTML5 games, and follow labeled links to music and books. You do not need an account. Nothing here is a professional, medical, financial, or legal service. Games are entertainment. Essays are opinion and craft. Public maps on this domain are reference overlays, not private intelligence.

What you may not do

Do not scrape the site to republish it as your own. Do not wrap these pages in an app that hides the author. Do not attack, overload, or inject the forms and players. Do not use the games or maps to harm people. Do not claim a hash, ledger, or catalog entry that you did not verify.

Intellectual property

Text, original art, game code published here, and the Eternal Haven / Excavationpro names are owned by Justin Helmer unless a page says otherwise. Short quotation with credit is fine. Wholesale copying is not. Streams on Hugging Face and the listen portals have their own labeled licenses; when in doubt, treat them as © the author, free to listen, not free to resell.

Ads and support

Optional PayPal and Patreon support is a gift. Advertisements, when shown, are served by Google AdSense under Google’s policies. Ads do not change the writing. See Privacy.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. I try to keep it up. I do not promise it will be up. Browser games can lose a local save. That is the nature of a local ledger. If something breaks, tell me on contact.

Governing sense

These terms are meant to be readable. If a court ever has to look at them, Canadian law is the starting point. I would rather you just be a decent guest.
